July is National Ice Month, so while my nieces were here I thought we should enjoy ice cream by having Coke Floats. I was surprised that they had never had one so for anyone that has never enjoyed such a treat here is the recipe I use...- 3 lg scoops of vanilla ice cream
- Coke Cola as much as needed to cover the ice cream and fill the cup.

We just had root beer floats the other day. I haven't had Coke floats in some time, but I am not all that impressed with them.
