I thought I would share our recipe we use here for homemade pizza dough.  My kids love to have this for lunch and we usually have something left over that we can throw on .  The kids get to make their own and that is always fun :O)

Pizza Dough:
1 pkg. instant yeast
3/4 c. warm water
1/4 tsp. sugar
2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 T. Italian Seasoning
2 T. Olive Oil

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.  Allow to rest 5-8 minutes.  In a separate bowl combine all other ingredients.  Pour in yeast mixture and knead dough for at least 2 minutes until no longer sticky.  Let rise about 10 minutes.  Roll out with floured rolling pin and add sauce and toppings.  Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes and ENJOY!!!

The above pictures are some cheese pizza's we made for Valentines Day!
